Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ve got you covered.

To resolve the issue, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at dirtysplashco@gmail.com with:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s) and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer a resolution which may include:
• A replacement product
• Store credit for the value of the item(s)

Important Notes
• Claims submitted without photos may not be eligible for replacement or credit
• We are not responsible for issues reported after the 48-hour window
• Minor cosmetic damage to packaging that does not affect the product itself may not qualify
